1. Standard Email Marketing Feature:

  • Email Marketing is our standard feature that empowers customers to build and execute targeted email campaigns to leads captured by the PowerPixel on your website.
  • Please note that Email Marketing is not included in our Free Trial plan.

2. Email Marketing Limits:

  • The number of emails you can send depends on your chosen plan:
    • PowerPixel Plan: Up to 25,000 emails per month (approximately 1 email per credit purchased).
    • PowerPixel+ Plan: Up to 50,000 emails per month (approximately 2 emails per credit purchased).
    • PowerPixel+ Growth Plan: Up to 75,000 emails per month (approximately 3 emails per credit purchased).

3. Auto-Retargeting Feature:

  • Auto-Retargeting is our automatic email marketing feature that sends emails to web visitors instantly after they are identified.
  • Emails sent through Auto-Retargeting count against your total available emails for Email Marketing.
  • This feature is available in the PowerPixel+ Plan, PowerPixel+ Growth Plan, and Enterprise Plans.

4. How to Access Email Marketing:

  • Access Email Marketing through the "Marketing Suite" tab on your Client Dashboard.
  • Click on "Email Marketing" and complete the form-fill.
  • Our Email Marketing Specialist will respond to your inquiry at the email associated with your company's account.

5. Usage Guidelines:

  • Email Marketing is intended solely for marketing to leads sourced directly through the PowerPixel.
  • Uploading outside CSVs for email marketing or targeting leads from IntentionX or B2B products is not allowed.

6. Reporting and Analytics

  • Currently, Pixonomi provides monthly reports reflecting campaign metrics and analytics.
  • Soon, this information will be directly available within your dashboard, featuring live metrics and graphs to track your email marketing campaigns.
